- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarizations are $15 per signature plus a travel/convenience fee based on your specific location. Thumbtack sometimes defaults to show ‘no travel fee,’ but travel is always included in quotes. Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and free of hidden fees. We also offer bundled discounts when booking multiple services, such as notarization with Live Scan or Apostille requests. For convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment, making the process simple from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the exact service needed, reviewing any required documents, and verifying identification. From there, I explain the process step-by-step so the client knows exactly what to expect. My goal is to make the appointment simple, efficient, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public, certified Live Scan provider, and licensed life insurance agent in California. I also maintain continuous training and compliance to ensure I’m always up to date with state laws and standards.
