- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically will bill your insurance carrier direct. Pricing can be worked out directly with them if you wish. They may issue payment to you direct and you can pay us. Sometimes depending on the amount of damage you have suffered, the insurance company may include your mortgage company on the check. We can handle the process of getting the mortgage company sign off for you so you don't have to worry about the hassle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For emergency work, we can be onsite typically within 1-2 hours. We will have you sign a work authorization and we can get started right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds a Certified Restorer designation. Currently there are only about 600 individuals that hold this designation. All of our technicians are certified for water or fire damage restoration.
