I needed a website design company to pull together a website for me. I did my research, called numerous website companies and finally came up with this one. They stood out from the rest of the web design companies because they of their great service. They did everything for my website, not only did they design it, but they supplied me with my domain name and they host it, so no need to call up someone else for hosting. Also, the manager here is very friendly and knows how to get things done. We wanted some form of marketing and he came up with two plans. Eventually I chose the plan he recommended based on my budget. He was straightforward and mentioned the whole process of how SEO works and the difference between paid advertising. The whole process was made easy and they even agreed to meet us at my business, so I appreciate them going out of their way.

I have a website that developed a number of problems and the company that made it could not fix them. Wireflare fixed all the problems in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend them, their knowledge is extensive, I will use them again for any website needs.

I didn't get to develop anything with them because I dropped the project, but they were very knowledgable and professional.

WireFlare has taken on the job of launching a brand new site from the ground up and they've done a kick ass job! They are a pleasure to work with. They are really receptive to our design requests and always offer solutions to any roadblocks we may come across. We plan on working with them for all of our future web related projects.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clients usually hire us to build them a new website and then later realize their business requires heavy marketing support as well. This usually begins with a limited-scope seo or ppc management contract. This allows clients to audition our expertise and experience our marketing capabilities first-hand, at very low risk to them, before committing a greater portion of their marketing budget.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Web Design, Development and Marketing are unique in that every service provider can handle the transaction in vastly different ways. There are a number of firms in the area that employ sales people who then outsource the work. It can be outsourced locally or out of the country. Others are freelancers doing work on their own. They may hold jobs outside of their proposed service offering and deadlines might be difficult on them. Some firms and individuals may even use less than sound practices when developing or hosting a website. Taking all of this into consideration, we recommend asking the following questions. Deciding how and who will take on your next project is ultimately up to you, but this should give you the tools to be informed. 1 - Are you an individual or a company? 2 - Are you a developer, marketer or designer? 3 - Will you be outsourcing my request to someone else? 4 - Do you hold projects hostage? Do I have full access to move or modify my website? 5 - Can I make revisions to my project? 6 - Do you have a brick and mortar business? While not every project is the same it's also important to know if your provider can handle these in the case of an eCommerce request: 1 - Can you help me with merchant services? 2 - Can you ensure my site is PCI-DDS compliant? Even if you elect to go with someone other than WireFlare we will always offer free security advice and service evaluation to anyone at no charge. If you think your provider might be doing something that they shouldn't be, give us a call and we'll give you our 2 cents!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The most common issue when submitting a ThumbTack request in our industry is that the projects can range from $200 a month to $20,000. It's impossible for anyone to give you a price on something that they know so little about. Many ThumbTack vendor quotes use very low numbers to entice you. We never quote a project on ThumbTack and we feel that users should be wary of anyone who does. We are a labor based industry. We have to calculate the time involved on a project before we can accurately give a price. This determination cannot be achieved through the normal ThumbTack process. We always meet with clients (in person or via teleconference/video) before giving a price. We get a understanding of the project and the needs of the client. We routinely take over projects started by other vendors because it became too difficult, costly or they disappear. Don't waste your time or effort on enticing offers that are too good to be true. Have a list of exactly what you want and be clear and concise about your needs.
