FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no fixed prices for any engagement. Fees are based on the scope of the engagement. Furthermore, after my due diligent work I provide an engagement letter which details the amount of work to be done my responsibilities, as well as documents needed to get the work done. Finally, my fees for the engagement will be stated in the engagement letter and if you agree to the terms and conditions of the engagement letter, you will be required to sign and date it before any substantive work can be initiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It will all depend on the time of the engagement. For individual, businesses, trust and estate tax returns I will request all necessary documentation to ensure that I will be able to provide an excellent service. For attestation engagements, I will request prior opinions, financial statements, and if necessary the name and address of the prior CPA; For Consultation engagements, including Fraud, Forensic engagements, I will discuss in detail the nature and extent of the engagement with the client appointed attorney.
