The pricing for our services vary, from event planning or management, to project need basis. Pricing is discussed before moving forward with a service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on our availability, your budget and our wheelhouse, we will send a proposal for your project or event. FOR EVENT PLANNING & DAY OF COORDINATION: Once you share the details of your special event we will send over our pricing guide and details of our offerings. Once you select from one of the packages, we will put together a proposal for you. We are available to pre-plan up to a year in advance. We offer Full Service Planning, Partial Planning & Day of Coordination. FOR HOSPITALITY PROJECTS: After your project is completed and your business has acquired great success by the cooperation of VCG, we offer to stay on for a retainer fee being your trusted partner where you can reach us anytime to be a lending hand of support for you to solve any issue you encounter. Event Planning: Jennifer has over 23 years of industry experience from event planning, management & sales, to restaurant start-up, operations, concept innovation, marketing and more. Consulting: The team has a combined industry experience of over 70 years, from food & beverage development, sourcing, catering and management.
