Introduction: I began personal training back in 2011, back then I was a young, 25 year old trainer who looked to push people to become the best version of themselves. Now, I'm 36 years old, with a family, and have gone through the ups and downs of weight gain, bad habits, and trying to figure out how to get out of a slump. I have learned that sometimes, busy working adults with some hesitation towards working out and possible pain or just a fear of not knowing what to do. Can be the very thing that keeps us in a downtrend, with declining health, and a widening waistline. So my approach is simple. I put together a method that allows you to feel encouraged while working out and eating and won't make you afraid to come back for more. It's something sustainable but brings fast, great results.
My work is unique to the conventional personal trainer service. Why? I offer not only nutritional habit changes and chiseling, toning resistant training techniques, along with guidance to help you lead an entirely new way of life.
I love my job for this simple reason. When you're getting dressed in the mirror and you notice you've changed and you can't believe it, you did it! Then you call me screaming because you're so excited as if you hadn't noticed your body changing already lol.
