My husband and I love Xclusives and all their amazing trainers. If you want to get lean and toned quickly then this is the place. Its not for whimps but it works. I lost 30lbs and 30 inches in under 7 months. Put in the work, eat what they tell you, and you won't believe how fast you really CAN get in the best shape you have ever been in!!! Lean muscles is what I've been trying so hard to get back since I was a teen. Now I'm almost 40 years old 5'8 and 138lbs with muscles (hehe) and LOVING IT!!!! ♥
