Learn a realistic form of self-defense that is taught to over 500 police departments, military units throughout the world and SWAT teams, and now to regular citizens.
There are no forms or katas, just real self-defense. We also offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the same style that was made famous in the UFC for its effective ground skills.
We also offer classes for kids, from 6 years old to 13 years old. Come in, get in shape, have fun, and learn something new that just might save your life one day.
We have beginner classes everyday, so you won't feel out of place.
We are just north of Foothill on Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Enter where Pollo Loco is, and we are in the back, (4) four doors north of the Bowling Alley and next door to Weight Watchers. Look for the Krav Maga sign.
