The President of the company, Marcus, came out to my house to assist me in evaluating the solar panels which were installed about 4 years ago. I recently purchased the property and had no paperwork on the panels except the original plans with his number. Marcus readily agreed to come out on his time to assist. He explained the system and evaluated the solar production and suggested ways in which to determine how my house uses electricity.I am contemplating adding a few more panels to my home and will definitely use Generation819 to install.Mark

We tried several times to call you at the number you provided to HomeAdvisor but it was disconnected. We were calling to let you know that we don't reroof trailers or mobile homes. we are the top quality provider among roofers in SoCal. We will not be the low bidder, but you get what you pay for, as always. With us you get a lifetime warranty (current owner - transfers as a 15 year warranty to next owner).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
individual consultation over the phone and in person, contract negotiation with clear scope definition. $1,000 down at signature, then scheduling work, obtaining permit and execution with inspection follow up.
