When initially contacting the plumber who had worked on several plumbing needs in our old and current home, we found he was too busy to address our concerns in a timely manner. We're skeptical people when it comes to professionals we don't know, nor were referred, so I ventured to try Thumbtack's referral service once again, we've had 100 percent luck in the past, and we're glad we did. In fact, after the 2 days required to complete our job, I would be hard pressed to ever contact our previous plumber ever again.
