What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always get more then you think you paid for. Ask a contractor if you need a permit. Make sure he follows thru with everything he told you on the phone. Check him out. Make sure he has insurance. Check him out on the better bus. Bur. Web site. Ask to talk to his last couple customers he had.
