What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat and agreed before any work begins. Individual returns start at $160, business returns at $370, and monthly bookkeeping runs $300 to $600 depending on transaction volume. The first consultation is free, and if your situation changes the scope, you will know the exact number before I start. No surprise fees, ever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free call so I can understand your situation. From there you get a private client portal for documents, signatures, and messages. I confirm your exact price, do the work, and walk you through everything before anything is filed. Everything is handled by phone and secure upload, so most clients never leave home.
