- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is our opinion that a good working relationship is built on trust. When looking to hire, I advise clients to ask the following questions: - Is the company or person insured and bonded. This ensures that you and your property are protected. - If they have employees, do they hold Workman's Compensation Insurance? This also ensures the safety of those working in your home. - Are the cleaners properly trained? Certain cleaning supplies can damage surfaces they are not meant to be applied to. - Have employees undergone background checks and drug screenings? The above questions can be used to determine whether or not you can trust those that you hire to service your home. At The Mindful Maids, our client's trust is paramount. We hold all insurance and bonding to ensure that your property is protected, as well as the safety of our team members. All cleaners undergo background checks and drug screening before joining the team. New cleaners also undergo a thorough training process.
