Introduction: Our firm works a little differently than most other law firms do. In many other firms, one attorney is responsible for certain portions of a case – i.e., the DMV hearing, Motions, Pre-Trial Hearings, Discovery issues, Trial, Client Contact, etc. With our firm, you get one attorney for all aspects of the case and client contact. Your assigned attorney is your point of contact. Moreover, if you prefer one attorney over another, simply let us know. We can’t guarantee a specific result. That would be professionally unethical, and against State Bar rules. However, we can promise to work hard for you, leaving no stone un-turned. We prepare every single case we handle as if it were going to trial, even if you tell us you don’t want to go to trial. We do this for one simple reason – the District Attorney doesn’t know trial is not an option.
