I'm Passionate about my work. As a licensed massage therapist for 12 years; I help heal people through therapeutic touch helping them with pain management, melting away stress and anxiety and improving the quality of life. As a doula I help expectant parents educate themselves about their birth options. I help mothers relive common discomforts of pregnancy with massage, aromatherapy and natural remedies. Additionally whether they are delivering in a hospital birth center or at home I assets expectant couples through childbirth. I use aromatherapy,massage positive affirmations and visualizations, positions to assist the laboring women through her unique birth journey.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are suffering from chronic pain please look into alternative ways to manage your pain. Massage has no negative side effects and can help you learn how to relax.
