- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

However, consider that I am a very knowledgeable bookkeeper, not only in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, but in the technical and compliance aspects of accounting and business best-practices as well. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
