JB and his crew did an amazing job with our driveway, steps, patio pavers, and retaining walls. We had a very difficult front yard on a steep slope with a crumbling asphalt driveway and they worked with us to find the best solutions and gave us an exceptional result! JB is delightful to work with -- so flexible, honest, well-intentioned, experienced, knowledegable, kind, and agreeable! He and his extermely experienced father helped us make important decisions, waited patiently for us when necessary, kept their pricing totally fair and reasonable, and communicated continually for the best possible outcome. They really want to do the best they can by their customers (long term, too, not just for the immediate results), and it shows! We also had several rain storms interrupt our work and we were grateful to STF Concrete for rolling with the punches! I highly recommend them for their high quality work, helpful communication, expertise, and overall good-people qualitites!

I hired STF Concrete to pour a cement patio in my backyard. JB gave me a really detailed quote- I like seeing all the details laid out like that so I know what Im paying for. He responded very quickly to all of my emails and texts. The price was fair and the patio looks great! The whole crew were very nice and considerate. They cleaned up nicely and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

Great work done on my driveway and patio floor repair. JB guided the entire works well without unnecessary job.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each workscope is different which means pricing may be higher or lower based on a number of factors such as demolition, ease of access, necessary manpower and/or machinery, etc. We may not have the best prices but we know our quality of work and customer service is our number one priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would chat via messenger or phone to get a good idea of what the customer is looking for. We will then schedule an onsite estimate and complete a walk-through with the customers. During the walk-through some suggestions may be made to ensure the a quality outcome for the customer. Next step is a sent estimate via PDF for record keeping on the customers end. If the customer is satisfy and decides to move forward then a detail contract is sent and conversation begins to schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are well experience in the concrete and masonry world. However, our priority customer service. We have over 25 years in the field along with a decade plus of customer service training and on-hands experience.
