I had an excellent experience working with this eviction specialist. Their professionalism and deep understanding of California law made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I was dealing with a guest who had been allowed to stay temporarily — under 30 days, with no lease — and refused to leave. The specialist clearly explained that this person was not legally considered a tenant, and guided me step by step through the proper process for removal. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, I was able to resolve the situation smoothly and lawfully without having to go through eviction court. Law enforcement was able to assist in removing the guest, and everything was handled professionally and respectfully. I truly appreciate the eviction specialist’s knowledge, communication, and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services to any landlord needing reliable advice and fast, effective results.
