- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we may charge more we guarantee quality work. We believe that it’s better to pay a bit more for something that’ll last than to pay less for something that you’ll have to replace in a few years time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get together to know whats on their mind, and make it possible to accomplish their goals. We value good relationships and communication with our customers and will always to make sure that their vision is achieved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained by the Union School of California.
