I just hired this handyman. He does not speak English and difficult to communicate. I hired him and he said that he is not experienced. So far he has done only 3 projects in his career. If does the job good enough then I will put a better review. He is already barking about the price. Ridiculous. Let's see if he finishes the job or if I have to hire a replacement. Will see.
