- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost ensuring there is a connection. Then Hearing their needs so I know what they like, ask how often they’d like to be serviced, make an offer, and lastly making sure they are satisfied after the work is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience taught from a veteran in this industry, customer service, and a degree in fashion merchandising which is heavily focused on the foundation of building concepts and businesses from scratch.
