- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know the type of notarization the customer needs. Is there already a certificate attached or embedded in the document? Then, perfect. If not, the client must find out what type of certificate will be needed during the notarizations. Please call the office which is requesting the notarization or the one that will receive the notarized document(s). As there are different types of notarizations available, and considering that notaries cannot legally prescribe which one is needed, it will save time and energy to find out before we meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just renewed my Notary Public license along with my Notary Signing Agent certification with the state of California.
