Ben was super communicative in the lead-up to the installation of a mini split AC unit in my home. I live in the South Bay, where central air is not found in most homes — and often not necessary. However, we have the odd heatwaves, and I wanted to have a unit installed in my master bedroom. Ben was great with a reasonably priced quote, and his team was prompt and professional in completing the job quickly. I am very pleased with the finished product, and I highly recommend Ben’s company for this type of installation.

Absolutly I would recommend Ben. He replaced my entire A/C and Heating system, ducks and all. Everything new and working great. Not only did I get the system I wanted, but it was at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to me every step of the way with the job. He also gave me a how to after the installation. He left my house better than we he arrived. His crew was clean and respectful of my home. A true pleasure to work with Ben. Thank you again Ben.

Ben is amazing!!!!! I found him on Thumbtack. That same day I sent him a message and he scheduled a free estimate for the next day on a Sunday :) His knowledge was impressive and he made me feel at ease especially since I was not very AC savvy. He took his time to explain what my home needed, throughout my HVAC installation project I got many estimates; however, Ben’s estimate was authentic and realistic and I am beyond happy with him and the work that his crew completed! Overall a positive experience. I needed a replacement job done on my HVAC system. Air Pro heating was the 4th company I looked into. I communicated with Ben. He was very honest, professional and responsive in all business dealings. He explained the process thoroughly, better than other HVAC service businesses I dealt with, and quoted me a fair price. I have a C 20 license to work with central heating and cooling systems, and I have 10 years of experience in hvac project.
