- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope + access + materials + labor + disposal/haul-away (and safety requirements for tall palms/trees). You’ll get a clear scope so you know exactly what you’re paying for. If anything changes on-site (hidden damage, extra material, added requests), we communicate it first before moving forward. If available, we can offer small discounts for bundled work or flexible scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick call/text + photos to understand the job and give an initial range. 2. On-site visit for larger or technical projects (trees, drainage, concrete, interior work). 3. Written estimate with a clear scope, materials, and what’s included. 4. Schedule + prep (protect surfaces, access, safety plan). 5. Complete the work + cleanup and a final walkthrough before closing out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field experience plus ongoing training in safe work practices, jobsite protection, and proper methods for property work—especially higher tree/palm work where safety and controlled removal matter. We focus on doing things cleanly and correctly: planning the job, protecting the home, and finishing with a thorough cleanup and walkthrough.
