- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new clients in person to ask and answer the necessary questions to determine if the partnership is a good fit. Once the client is established, we can work with them remotely. With new technologies, we can make this process very convenient for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the education and experience to help my clients better, including: - Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). - Currently studying for the CPA certificate through the UCLA Extension. - Member in good standing of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. - Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been preparing taxes for friends and family for a while and decided to expand to service the public in my local area. Now not only do I prepare taxes, but also help businesses with their bookkeeping needs.
