- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the service, but I strive to deliver twice as much value as I'm being paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to speak with the new customer over the phone to make sure I understand their vision. If the event calls for it, I will ask to meet with the client in person prior to the event to walk through the production plan. I then begin to arrange for the production, renting any additional equipment and hiring an assistant if needed. Once the content with captured, I include two revisions in my post production process to ensure that my customer if 100% satisfied with the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be completing a B.F.A. in Multimedia Production from CSUN in December of 2019. I have also completed two years of training in the Film Program at Saddleback Community College.
