Ray is an amazing instructor. Patient, responsive and most importantly attentive. He actually listens to what you have to say during training and is able to answer all your questions, concerns, and also adjusts to your level. I’ve had several trainers in the past and quite frankly; I’d put Ray at the top of the pinnacle, he knows his craft, and is passionate about his profession. Well done Ray, and I’ll see you tomorrow!

I’ve been involved in various sports since I was 4 and Ray is one of the best trainers I’ve had! During my time in California I had a hectic schedule due to my job and Ray was very accommodating to my availability. You will definitely get a great workout while seriously having a blast and learning so much every single workout. He also did a great job keeping everything clean and sanitized. If you’re on the fence about signing up, DO IT!! Because now that my job in California is finished it sucks my sessions have to end.
