What sets my training sessions apart is the attention to detail. I carefully evaluate each person’s current skill level and design focused workouts and drills that fit their specific needs and goals. With years of dedicated training, multiple amateur bouts, and experience training and sparring with world-class veteran trainers and world champion–level fighters, I bring real-world knowledge to every private self-defense lesson. My mission is to transfer that knowledge as effectively and efficiently as possible, and to support anyone who wants to learn, gain confidence, or simply better themselves.
