Fantastic guy, did the job quickly at a reasonable price and took the extra time to pull the vacuum down further to make sure it was a really high quality install.

Exactly what I wanted: talk to a 1) confident professional who 2) showed up on time and 3) fixed the problem on the first visit.
That's a 5-Star experience. Thank you, Eric.

I worked with Santizo H&AC for a small project and Eric was absolutely spectacular to work with. He is great to communicate with. We organized a short visit for the estimate and then scheduled two visits to replace some old ducts with new ones. He always showed up on time and worked very efficiently. The new ducts were custom built on site and demonstrate excellent craftsmanship. He uses excellent modern materials. The new insulation is far superior to the original ducts. I would definitely recommend Santizo and would love to work with them again.

These two brothers installed a heat pump in my home. Their work is excellent and their pricing was better than other companies that I researched. I highly recommend them.

Eric is amazing! He was able to troubleshoot and fix my furnace and air conditioning issues within no time! He also did an amazing job installing my smart ecobee thermostat. Very reasonably priced, awesome communication. Highly recommended.
