- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee of $96 for the resume which includes: * Two sets of revisions over the course of 30 days. * Three to four business day turnaround and an attractive document in Microsoft Word. You can also add the following items: * Cover Letter - $60 if ordered by itself - free if ordered with a resume rewrite * LinkedIn profile optimization and rewrite - $125 * Reference List - $30 * Interview thank you note - $40 * 1 - 2 day express completion of documents - $75 Special discount offer: $250 for edit/rewrite of resume, LinkedIn profile optimization and cover letter. Also includes one interview preparation session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is fast and simple: * Email me your resume in its current form * I'll quickly email you back with a guide to major revisions * You place the order and I'll edit/rewrite the document. * I'll email you a draft within a couple of days * You email or call me with additional edits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 15+ years, I have been writing, rewriting and giving major editing suggestions on candidate resumes not only for resume clients, but also to candidates I recruit for clients. My BA degree at the University of California at Berkeley was focused on persuasive writing.
