- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't do a job unless it's a fair deal for both of us. I want to be worth every penny.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We let them know that we are a new family owned business. Offer what we are about and what we would like to achieve. Our purpose is to clean up the environment around the city we grew up in and love. Develop a personal relationship with the property manager or owner. Gain and keep a strong trusting relationship. Dedication and hard work is what we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with a family member providing this type of services for at least 6 years. And for another 6 years I drove commercial vehisles around the streets of California. It doesn't talked special skill to load junk or clean up a property, but when I accept a job, you will definitely know I was there. I take pride in my work and a good name for myself.
