Honestly.......you get what you pay for. Good Belly Dance skills come with dedication and sacrifices and expensive beautiful costumes and props. A low budget bellydancer may be inexperienced and with un-apealing costumes.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers took the time to understand the bellydance is a beautiful art form that is very respected and takes a lot of dedication to learn. It is very traditional to tip bellydancers while they dance next to you or you are a private party or restaurant. As long as their is no unappropriate touching. People typically put money in the sides of the dancers belt, gloves, or shoulder straps. It is also a great honor when dancers get showered with money and mean they are very appreciated. But a dancer never should pick up her on tips off the ground.
