Robert, and his son, fixed our air conditioner, but more importantly to us, they took the time to established a relationship. We now have a "friend" we can call for all our Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Very professional with a very high degree of knowledge. Very quick to find a solution to the problem. Gives tips on how to help keep the system functioning. Appears to be very trustworthy. Most of all does a very good job. I am a renter. I’ve been complaining since I moved in that the A/C was not doing a good job in keeping me comfortable during the hot months. Total heating had suggested to the landlord that to enable increased efficiency, the duct-work in the attic would need to be replaced. When the former owners had the A/C installed, they left in the old heating small diameter duct-work and the installer did a poor job installing the unit. Now since that the ductwork was redone, the A/C does an excellent job keeping me very comfortable. The unit is around 18-years-old in 2020. On even the hottest days, my house never got warmer than 72 degrees when the thermostat was set at 71 degrees.

Our diagnostics is only $129, which we'll apply towards same-day repairs. We'll determine what the failure is in your heating & cooling system and provide you with up-front repair pricing. New heating & air conditioning system consultations are always free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will discuss the problem or need over the phone and determine a good time to come to your home and provide you with quality solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America - Residential HVAC Design. We hold several North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certificates including Air Conditioning, Gas Heating & Heat Pumps.
