They did an incredible job with refinishing our old hardwood and even patched two areas where the hard wood was missing. They brought new life to our floors! They also installed LVP flooring that we had purchased for our kitchen and entryway, and replaced all the baseboards in our home. They were amazing to work with! (Photos of hard wood, before and after comparison, and LVP included).

From start to finish the experience was amazing! Came out gave the estimate and made the appointment in no time. Showed up on time to do the job and was very vocal with the process. Arrived on time and ready to work...Texted me advising of arrival and on-site. Very professional, courteous, and ethical as he cleaned up the extra pieces of laminate and updated me throughout the installation with pics of my trailer. Definitely use Thomas for your floor installations....

Thomas and his crew did a great job refinishing my floors. We bought a house with ebony dark bamboo and they were such an UTTER NIGHTMARE to keep clean so they sanded them and gave me a new life lol. They look great work was prompt they addressed my concerns and overall we are pleased and will be working with them again in the future.

Thomas does professional work from quoting of the job to the completion of the job to your complete satisfaction. The quality of the installation of our wood laminate flooring was excellent, and he was very easy to work with, and was very responsive to our needs and requests. Thomas is very efficient/proficient in performing his job and finished the project earlier than promised. His consciousness and attention to details really impressed us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer to fit their budget needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s an install I will talk to them and get a feel for what kind of flooring materials they want. Then I’ll figure out what color scheme they’re going for. I’ll bring them samples and measure their home for an accurate bid. If it's a refinish I would measure and calculate sqft and figure out if they want to go natural or stain to any color they choose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of on the job training. I still learn new things every day!
