- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote is the price you pay, no add on fees unless discussed with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask for the breed and address, the type of service requested, and a time that would be most preferable for the customer. I will then send a quote with a price that will only change if discussed with customer. I would ensure the client has a current shot record and set an appointment. The night before day of appointment a text will be sent to the phone number provided asking for confirmation of appointment and time. Day of appointment I will call and ask that parking be available and discuss location of groom if no parking available.
