Kat is an angel and the most responsible, committed, diligent, reliable, kind, and empathetic person I have ever met! I just finalized a 3 year divorce, and in the beginning I had some money for legal fees, and so I could afford an attorney, but after the first year, I had to defend myself in the divorce, because the money was just gone. My divorce was probably one of the most complicated divorces I have personally witnessed, because there was DV and because we owned a music licensing business together. All kinds of ridiculous things took place. My music was sold away without my permission and so, I used Kat for some very difficult things. We subpoenaed 2 Publishers, a Trust that my ex never told me about, and of course his bank statements. It was the discovery that came from all of the motions and subpoenas that Kat helped me file and serve, that led to the wonderful outcome in my divorce. I literally walked away with everything I could ever hope for, without an attorney.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The LDA fees for an uncontested divorce range between $900.00 and $1,350.00 for an uncontested divorce. The LDA fees do not include the $450.00 court filing fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone call to discuss your situation. If you decide to hire me, I will send you a contract and intake sheet to complete/sign and return. The documents are pdf fillable and docusign so you do not need to print anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years experience in Family Law working as a paralegal/LDA. I am licensed and bonded in the county of Riverside.
