On Q Legal Services provides fair and affordable pricing with top-tier quality document preparation, by a Certified Paralegal and Licensed Document Assistant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the customer to ascertain exactly what they need. Never attempting to "sell" them on something they don't want or truly need. Also, try to figure out if the matter can be resolved prior to needing our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
La Qualia is a Certified Paralegal, who earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (emphasis in Marketing ) in 2004 from California State University at San Bernardino. She has worked for a top-tier multinational law firm for 15 years. La Qualia is bonded and a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in Riverside County. Although she started her career 17 years ago in Family Law, and therefore specializes in divorce, child custody, visitation and support issues, the list of practice areas she does not specialize is far shorter than what she does specialize in. The only matters La Qualia and On Q Legal Services will not consult on are matters concerning Immigration. Outside of that we can help.
