I was amazed by Alex is intuitiveness, diagnosing my lower back pain. Halfway through the first session I thought relief from a chronic injury, and overtime I've been able to almost eliminate pain. I have since followed her to yoga, Pilates and many bodywork sessions. She is always communicative and punctual. I'd recommend her to anyone .

The training at Zoe: A Pilates Studio is as good as it gets. The teachers are all well-trained in the method, addressing client injuries/limitations, and they have great instincts on when to add new exercises to the routine. I've had to accommodate several changes to my workouts over the years due to injury from other activities, and their guidance always keeps me moving and working out hard while protecting me from further injury. The studio space itself is very cool and there's ample space to work comfortably even with numerous clients in house.
Maddie was my boot camp instructor and Pilates instructor. She is fabulous. I have worked with her for years which has meant that she has seen me through injuries, strength, and weakness and always knows how to adjust her motivation and her exercises to make sure that my workout is safe but challenging. Maddie actually cares beyond the time in the studio - she checks in, follows up, and never upsells or makes you feel bad. I appreciate her honesty and toughness but also her kindness. She is a hard worker and I will go back to her and Movement Integrity time and time again. She rocks.
I recently started doing Pilates to better my posture and relieve some lower back pain and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've made. Kristan was so professional throughout my entire experience. She came into my home with her own equipment and got right to work. She asked me what my concerns were and what I felt my weaknesses and strengths were. She actually listened and did not come with a pre-planed one-size-fits-all workout. She actually put together a workout that was specifically for me, based on my concerns, strengths, and her own professional assessment of my body! It was a wonderful experience! She moved slowly with me and made sure I understood the movements before moving to the next movement. She has such a great personally and is very personable.
