Carlos was beyond professional. He showed up w/ heavy duty equipment (10 yard bin on tilt trailer) and had it loaded in no time at all (a couple tons of tile/wood debris). I will be utilizing his service for ALL future clean-ups. I couldn't be happier.

Important to me are the following: 1. Local: I like to keep all services in my own community. 2. Established: I wanted someone who actually had done the work before, i.e. has the right equipment for the job. * I totally did not want someone showing up here in a rickety old truck that may not start when the job is done, or that they have to make 2 trips, because they didn't have the right equipment i.e. Tiny truck. * I like the job done "Right the First Time".
