Thanks to Ardie, Leo, Matt, Pedro, & Adrian, I cannot say enough good things about Titus Builders. After a terrible bathroom overflow incident on our 2nd floor, we had major water damage which rendered much of the 2nd floor and part of the 1st floor completely gutted to the studs. To further complicate matters, our house was on the market and I could waste no time getting it back to prime condition to sell.
Ardie Melton [Titus] was the contractor who led my project and wasted no time getting things going. We had drywall up within a day and mud and texture by day 2. By the end of the 1st week, everything was done except carpet which promptly came early the next week.
The crew working for Titus is EXCELLENT! They work hard, are courteous, professional, and do a damn good job. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. The project was completed on time, on target, and on budget and the end results are better than I could have expected. I highly recommend Titus.

I love the quality of their work, Fernando always clean up before moving to the next area so the place is not dirty. I'm so happy that our softfits are gone I just need paint and this tiny kitchen will look much bigger and brighter. Looking forward for future projects.

Repaired hole in wall, rate
Repaired hole in wall, retextured walls and painted. Installed new floors in 2 bathrooms and put backsplash in kitchen. Took 4 days and everything turned out great. Would use them again.

Titus Builders did a remodel for us and did a fantastic job. they finished the job quickly, were here on time, was very clean with their work, etc. I might add, there were very reasonable on their pricing as well.

All pricing varies as do the specific needs of the project and homeowner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Project Manager walks with Client to evaluate for details in order to come up with a Scope of Work. Project Manager provides estimate to the potential client. Once estimate is approved a contract is provided for signature. Schedule is then arranged. Project Manager and Field Manager works with Client from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team has over 50 years of experience working in the Residential field. The team has all different kinds of training, anywhere from College Degrees to Contractor Licenses and specialized trade training.
