- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep the process simple and rates competitive. I price each job based on the clients needs but have general prices on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication! I like to have a conversation with each client about their needs and wants so I have a base to make recommendations and provide an end-product that they will love. Collaboration between the photographer and the client is a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be good at anything is a constant learning process. When I am not shooting for a client, I use the opportunity to learn new skills. I am a member of several photographer groups and collaborate with other professional photographers to learn new techniques. As a professional, I take my business seriously and give each client 100%.
