We wanted to install a keyless lock on our home because using a regular key had become inconvenient lately. We reached out to several companies and requested quotes.
William came out for free, inspected the door, and explained the different options available. He showed us the locks he had in stock. We chose a different model, but unfortunately he didn’t have it available at the time. William clearly explained the costs and what the installation would involve.
We ordered the lock ourselves and then contacted William again. Once it arrived, he came back, carefully cut the necessary opening in the door, installed everything, and made sure the new lock worked perfectly.
Everything works great. William is also a very kind and good person, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you, William — we are very happy with the result.

I contacted this company when my parents lost their key. Technician William arrived, opened the door, and immediately made new keys for us.
