- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with our pricing. If we under estimated or missed something. It’s on us, but if customers decides to add on additional work then we will be happy to execute the work under revised signed budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduction 2. Scope of work 3. Pricing 4.Present to customer and sign 5. Set schedule and choose finish materials 6. Execute the work efficiently all around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for Union as carpenter for almost 4 years, have Associates Business Science Degree and am licensed General Contractor
