- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our clients with three types of pricing models based on their business objectives, the relationship they seek to build with us, and budget. Our based pricing models are either at an hourly rate, project based, or a monthly retainer for a predetermined amount of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daily I stay abreast of changing search engine algorithms and best practices for our industry. New technologies that also emerge within web and application development I also evaluate and determine whether or not greater knowledge and/or certification is required so that greater competitive advantages can be brought to our clients by my knowledge and expertise concerning them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation entrepreneur that watched my parents run their respective computer consulting and interior design businesses since I was a child. At a young age I learned both technology and creative skillsets from both of them, while experimenting with building and running my own businesses such as lemonade stands, multiple paper routes, babysitting, lawn care, starting a school candy store, and selling collectibles online through Craigslist, Ebay, and my own business website. As I gained more professional experience in all of these areas, I began to see that technology, design, and marketing were key competitive advantages for all businesses no matter what the size. The work that I do today is a stronger mix and greater manifestation of what my parents did and what I have always loved to do.
