I contacted MVP Plumbing via website "Thumb Tack" on behalf of an elderly disabled recipient who had a kitchen sink leak issue. Mike Vargas responded immediately. I explained the recipient was looking for a volunteer as she has no means to pay for professional services. Mike Vargas did not hesitate and said there will be no charge in this particular situation and will come by to see what he can do. Kudos to Mike Vargas, owner of MVP Custom Plumbing Co., to be willing to come out and volunteer his services to somebody he doesn't even know. Mr. Vargas was very courteous, professional and empathetic. He is an excellent example of what this world needs more of. Mr. Vargas is an asset to the community. Let's continue to support small businesses. On behalf of myself and Recipient Virginia Thank you very much for your time and effort. You are a great example of a noble man and your family should be proud of you for your deed and contribution to the community.

We charge by the job not the hour, so you know what you are paying for, before I start. We warranty all repairs & installs from 1 to ten years, as well as write up a complete scope of the work being performed .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a call. We have the secretary schedule you in or dispatch a plumber, depending upon availability and urgency. Once we have diagnosed the issue we give you the price upfront,if we haven't given already. NO SURPRISES . We warranty all our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in the latest products and technology available!
