- What types of customers have you worked with?
Business Coaching: I help my customers to establsih and achieve their goals by writing them down, coming up with a reasonable time specific plan, and holding them accountable to reaching it. it sounds simple and it is, but small business owners often need the assitance to know where to start and how to get there. Process optimization: I walk through a customer's existing processes in how they do business and help them to find more efficient and effective ways to get things done. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Training: Walk a team or organization through the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Book and Program by Patrick Lencioni to develop highly effective and cohesive teams. Leadership Training I use leadership training developed by John Maxwell ( Developing the Leader Within, and Developing the Leader's Around You) to help organizations build the leadership skills their supervisors and managers need.
