Great experience! Was out of the country but sister was taking care of my house during the summer. Cronus came out, talked to them over the phone, quick and reasonable estimate, they fixed it, and I was able to pay while I was in the UK. My sister was very astonished by how quick they responded and fixed the problem.

Dennis and his partner did an amazing job. We are so thankful that they came out the same day for free to assess the situation. They told me I had a bad compressor and it was still under warranty for about 2 more years. We decided to go with a brand new unit for $1300 more instead of just replacing bad compressor. We figured the money pays for itself as we got a whole new 10 years warranty on the unit plus 3 years labor warranty. Dennis did not upsell us and gave us the information but less us make the final decision. He also educated us about making sure to clean the condenser yearly and having the unit serviced every 4 years for special soap to clean condenser. Thank you so much for a job well done. 😍

Wow! I hope it was my lucky day, because tech was on the neighborhood, all repairs was done for few minutes, some of the wiring loss connection, and he charged me only diagnostic fee, reconnected wires, and we back in business! So is was so fast! Thank you for great service!

So with the weather getting warmer my house was a bit too warm for sleep. So I turned just the fan on, well my blower decided to start making some weird noises. The next day I reached out on Thumbtack to try and get someone to look at. The guys reached out and was able to come that day to look at it. Thankfully it cooled off so I didn't exactly need it. They came over and checked it and instantly knew it was the blower motor. I was kinda afraid to ask the price. They sent me a quote and it was actually really reasonable for what we thought it was going to cost. They had to get one ordered so we waited 2 days then they came in and needed a different tool. So they took the blower. (I work from home) And informed me it would be a couple hours I said no worries. They came back a few hours later and now my AC works amazing. I know one guys name was Dennis I didn't get the other guys name but thank you so much for fixing it so fast.
