- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company likes to speak with a potential client over the phone, ask questions like how many rooms do you have, square footage of the property and what type of system you have. We also talk about what services we provide, and we also wave your service fee upon repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of Hvac experience. I was this close to being a doctor. But my heart said hvac. So im continuing on the family business
