- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service charge fee for coming out but I prefer best to work out a pricing by word and based on the job. No two jobs are the same, so having the client know my price is set and discounts can be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Want to know as much information as possible and the clients needs before moving forward, I also care about agreeing on a time that is better for them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have +8000 hours on electrical work, as well with schooling on the theory of electrical systems. Have expertise with heavy machinery, and safety courses up to date!
