I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Goldstone Electric. Petr was quick to respond to my inquiry and come out to take a look at my problems. He quickly understood the issues and made excellent recommendations. He fixed a number of things at my house including replacing a GFCI outlet, and installing two additional outlets to help manage my electrical needs in the garage. We had the absolute pleasure to work with both CJ and Petr. Both were amazing and extremely professional. CJ conducted a very thorough diagnosis of our electric issue and within minutes was able to troubleshoot the issue which involved our circuit breakers. Shortly after, Petr completed the job and we had power in our kitchen again after almost dealing with limited electricity in that area of the house for over a month. We were also very pleased with the value to get this issue resolved. We don’t give reviews often, but this was well-deserved. Petr with Goldstone just helped me solve a very tricky problem with the power from my Ag drop to my barn. He talked me through trouble shooting the issue online. The issue was resolved and the power came back. All of this after 5PM on the Tuesday before the 4th of July. It was about 90 minutes from when I discovered the problem to when it was resolved. It took about 30 minutes online to track down and he did not charge me for his time. He is now my first choice for electrical issues. Thanks, Petr.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service charge fee for coming out but I prefer best to work out a pricing by word and based on the job. No two jobs are the same, so having the client know my price is set and discounts can be made.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Want to know as much information as possible and the clients needs before moving forward, I also care about agreeing on a time that is better for them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have +8000 hours on electrical work, as well with schooling on the theory of electrical systems. Have expertise with heavy machinery, and safety courses up to date!
