We do charge a diagnostic/service fee, which covers a full professional evaluation of your electrical system. This ensures we identify the root cause — not just the symptom. We frequently offer seasonal promotions, financing options, and membership plans that provide discounted services and priority scheduling. All pricing is reviewed and approved by you before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule Appointment – We confirm arrival time and provide updates before we arrive. 2. Thorough Evaluation – Our licensed electrician performs a safety-focused inspection and identifies the issue. 3. Upfront Options – We explain what’s happening, answer questions, and present clear repair or replacement options. 4. Approval & Completion – Once approved, we complete the work efficiently — often the same day. 5. Clean Finish – We respect your home, clean the workspace, and review the completed work with you. Our electricians arrive in fully stocked service trucks, allowing most repairs to be completed in one visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are fully licensed, background-checked, drug-tested, and insured.
